City Hall Dam & Port-of-Anoka is a scenic walkway extending along the eastern bank of the Rum River. Serving as a connection between points along the river, the park is also a popular fishing spot and an access point for those traveling the river by boat. The path extends south to Akin River Park and north to the town’s city hall, past Main Street and its popular shops and restaurants.
